I fell in love with her pegasus design as soon as I saw it, and then decided to try my luck in the contest! ^-^

Pony Name: Syreline (Sigh'-Er-Leen) Syra for short.
Age: 18
Cutie Mark: A scrying mirror with a
About: The impression she gives to other ponies are arrogant, cold and unreadable, but she is just simply shy, and perhaps a bit sad that other ponies couldn't understand her.

STORYTIME!

Syreline:
As the time goes by, I'm not truly sure if I am worth my cutie mark anymore.
The mirror and the heart that has been marked on my side for as long as I could remember. My mother had told me the meaning of my mark that day when it had appeared: I will always know who I am no matter what happens, and I shall never lose myself as long as my heart stays pure.
And I have always been proud of my mark.

But reality's beautiful mask fell as I grew up. I have seen many horrible things and made many horrible mistakes. I'm not sure if my heart has already been tainted by it's darkness. Looking into the mirror made me gasp, I don't know if I know myself anymore. That faded, withered pony could not be me. But deep inside, I know what I see is true.


I will to try and find my lost heart back. Away with troubles and away from worries. I will bask in the simplicity of life again as I have always did. I will be worthy of my mark again someday.
I set my hoof out into the fresh fallen snow and smiled as the warm sunlight beamed down upon my face.
For the first time in a long while, I looked at the world with nothing but simplicity. Afterall, everything don't feel so complicated anymore.

Ornaments and lights hanged from the bare tree branches, and in the horizon, I see a heart of fire began to burn.

A couple of ponies waved happily to me from afar, I waved back and smiled at them.

Hearth's Warming Eve has arrived, and may all hearts be warmed with love and friendship.
